I think the image, audio, and visual projects we were assigned this semester really helped gain some digital fluency the most. I gained some familiarity with Canva and editing and recording audio and visuals, which was really helpful because I could apply it to other courses. I’ve had some other digital projects assigned for other classes, and I felt more secure about them because of this class. Beyond that, I think it was really helpful to get an introduction to these skills now because there’s a good chance they’ll be useful later in life. I also think this class promoted a lot of good ideas and discussion on how the digital world affects us, and how we can navigate the world in a society that is so online.
